The picture in the email has a skull with a Indian head dress on. Is this a hint?

Interesting thought. I have to admit I hadn't even noticed the Indian head (no lie). Searching venues and cities in setlists.net, The Seminole Indian Village shows from May 1969 are the only ones with either "indian", "reservation", or "nation" in the name. My next thought is it could refer to Oklahoma (formerly the Indian Territories). Here are the Oklahoma shows in setlists.net:

11/14/72- Oklahoma City Music Hall - Oklahoma City, OK
11/15/72- Oklahoma City Music Hall - Oklahoma City, OK
10/19/73- Fairgrounds Arena - Oklahoma City, OK (DP19)
10/11/77- Lloyd Noble Center (University Of Oklahoma) - Norman, OK (partially released on DP29 and RT1.2)
02/06/79- Tulsa Fairgrounds Pavilion - Tulsa, OK
07/05/81- Zoo Amphitheater - Oklahoma City, OK
08/01/82- Zoo Amphitheater - Oklahoma City, OK
09/02/85- Zoo Amphitheater - Oklahoma City, OK

Any of those particularly strong? Or any other thoughts what an Indian head could mean (if it's a release rather than a tour being hinted at)?
